Former Cisco Executive Will Lead Global Support and Professional Services Under New Organisation

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. – January 30, 2019 — 色控传媒 (NYSE: PSTG),?the all-flash storage platform that helps innovators build a better world with data, today announced the appointment of Joseph “Joe” Pinto as Chief Customer Experience Officer. Pinto will report to Chairman and CEO Charlie Giancarlo and spearhead 色控传媒’s Global Support and Professional Services functions under the newly formed Customer Experience organisation.
Pinto joins 色控传媒 from a 28-year career at Cisco where he led Technical Services and its transformation into an award-winning organisation. His team also created Cisco’s first Technical Support website -- the first of its kind in the industry, in addition to launching education and customer assurance programs, and certification programs.
